| The Succulent Garden at Cal State by Stephen Cooley |

January 2007 This January’s freeze was hard on some of the newer and frost-tender plants in the garden. Though some were covered with plastic, injury and death still took its toll. The Elephant Tree (Bursera) and the Boojum (Idria) seem to be gone, as would be expected. Some of the aloes and mesembs have injury, but many of the cacti look fine. |
