EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETING NOTES The BCSS board meeting was opened by Matt Ekegren and first on the agenda was planning for the annual yard sale on May 1-2 at Rob & Terry Skillin's house. It's time to clean out your closets and garage for any items that can generate any kind of value for BCSS. Also bring plants and/or plant cuttings. The annual yard sale is a GREAT way to add to our treasury to keep our many projects going. All items must be delivered no later than April 29th. We need volunteers to help tag and price items on April 30th. Also, we need the following: 1 A keeper of the money pouch. Let's all pitch in and make this annual yard sale the best ever! Next BCSS meeting April 13th at Olive Drive Church. 6:30pm | |
